The van body has frame structure. The finished vehicle has got fixed support, which height is adjustable.

Plate of one side of van body can be automatically lifted or dropped by hydraulic system control, which further lifts or drops certain exhibition equipments (such as LED screen and advertising lamp box).

It’s equipped with advertising and exhibition equipments, which can be configured freely. Those equipments include: LED screen, rolling screen, rolling lamp box, multi-functional cabinet, sound box, amplifier, computer and etc.

There’s a generator room in van body, and soundproof cotton’s mounted on inner walls of the room for noise reduction and heat insulation. Windows are placed on the top and at the bottom to ensure normal operation of generator, fresh air in the van and cooling of LED.

The whole van has got DC and AC power supply systems, which are installed and controlled separately. The working spaces all got 220V power supply system as well as corresponding sockets and lighting circuits. The on-board 12V system’s controlled by driver to ensure normal operation of the vehicle, while the 220V AD circuit’s dedicated for the use and control of LED. The van offers two 220V power supply methods, external power source and on-board 220V generator. The entire power supply system has got electric leakage and automatic short circuit protection devices along with 1 grounding drill rode to ensure electrical safety.
